Monthly Billing: To allow your practice time to setup and become familiar with the platform, the first 30 days are on us. Simply sign up to have your monthly subscription deducted from your norminated bank account (Cheque, Savings or Credit Card)
Annual Billing: For those who prefer to pay upfront, the first two months are on us. Simply signup to have the annual subscription deducted from your norminated bank account (Cheque, Savings or Credit Card)

Where is the data hosted? How do I know my practice and patient data is safe?
CloudHealth partners with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in safely storing your practice data at their Cape Town data centre. Whilst there are cheaper alternatives, we value the security of your practice data greatly and we chose a partner who is a global leader in data security and adheres to privacy laws and regulations (both global and South African). AWS is trusted by financial services providers, healthcare providers and government agencies with their most sensitive information in over 190 countries.

Who takes responsibility if my practice does not get paid my the medical aid?
CloudHealth partners integrates with reputable and reliable third party providers to interphase with medical aids and enable on-line realtime payment of valid claims. Whilst all reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the service works as intended, it remains the practice’s responsibility to ensure settlement of the full claim value by monitoring shortfalls and unsuccessful claim submissions.
